How Do I Add Notes?

After you fill up your cart and select your pickup time, you will be taken to a page where you can attach a note to your order.

When you attach a note, we'll see it when we get your order. You can use this in a few ways:

• To specify how you would like your order packaged. By default we will pack all cupcakes together in a box, except for alternative diet products. Cookies and brownies are an exception - if you want those individually heat-sealed in airtight bags, you need to select the "Individually Heat-Sealed" option on the product page before you add it to your cart.

• To tell us what kind of message you would like on a cake, keeping in mind that any message we put on a cake has to be very short.

We are under no obligation to follow "special preparation" instructions, like omitting or adding ingredients. If you have dietary concerns, please order from our Alternative Diet selection. If you would like specially decorated cupcakes, please place a custom order.
