Icing Mix, Cream Cheese

A mix for creamy, rich cream cheese icing. Just add an 8 ounce brick of cream cheese (not included) and mix to start icing cakes, cookies, cupcakes, or even just a spoon! This mix requires the use of a hand mixer or stand mixer to make properly. One mix makes enough icing for 24 cupcakes, a 2 layer 8" round cake, or an in pan 9x13 cake.
